You are purchasing machine embroidery designs or a PDF pattern instructions.
Once your order is complete PayPal will redirect you to payment confirmation page where you can instantly download your product by clicking on the link at bottom of page. You will also receive a confirmation email with download link.
PLEASE check both the email account you logged in with and you PayPal email account if different from account email. Also check your spam folder in case its gone there
You must download the file to your computer, unzip the file and have a way to transfer the design/s to your embroidery machine. All design formats and sizes are included in a single zip file. If you need help please contact me.
